We provide free & confidential support to people in crisis for any reason, 24 hours a day.
This resource is NOT JUST for active suicidal crisis, it is also a great tool/resource for those who could use someone to talk to when going through a difficult situation or merely seeking advice. There are also options for those who are Spanish speaking and Veterans.
