As we begin the new year, this edition of our Worker Wellness blog looks into forming and sustaining new habits from a different approach to mindfulness meditation—to eating healthy—to exercising.


This week I would like to encourage those of you wishing to expand your knowledge about workplace Mental Health issues to review the array of upcoming webinars in the last section below. To be sure, I have participated in a number of Mindspring’s (Mental Health Alliance) webinars in the past and have found them to be not only timely but useful! To this end, as we kick-off a new year, in what better way can we build new habits to address the challenges before us than to arm ourselves with evidence-based practices?
